Editor Suite provides digital products in the form of creative assets such as mockups, templates, presets, and other supporting files for design, promotion, and production purposes.
All products available are digital products and do not involve physical delivery.
2. User Account
To access or download products, users may be required to provide information such as name and email address. Users are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and for maintaining the security of their account access or download links received.
3. Purchase and Product Delivery
After payment has been successfully confirmed, the product will be delivered in the form of a download link or access provided via email and/or the user account. Users are responsible for ensuring that the email address used during purchase is correct, active, and accessible to ensure smooth product delivery.
4. Refund Policy
Since all products sold are digital, purchases cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.
Refunds may only be considered under certain conditions, such as when the file received is corrupted or cannot be used, or when the product received is significantly different from the description provided. All refund requests must be submitted through the official Editor Suite email for further review in accordance with applicable policies.

7. Logo and Brand Disclaimer
All logos, brand names, or visual identities shown in product preview images are used for illustration and demonstration purposes only. These logos and elements are not part of the product being sold and remain the property of their respective copyright owners. Editor Suite has no affiliation or official relationship with any brands or organizations displayed. Users are responsible for the use of third-party logos or brand elements in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from sharing product files with others in any form, uploading products to download websites, marketplaces, public cloud storage, or any file-sharing platforms, as well as reselling or redistributing the products either in their original or modified form.
In addition, the products may not be used for training, dataset creation, fine-tuning, or the development of AI or machine learning systems without written permission from Editor Suite.
9. Limitation of Liability
Products are provided “as is.” Editor Suite shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the products, including but not limited to business losses, data loss, or misuse beyond the intended specifications.
