By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Editor Suite, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following license terms.
All Editor Suite products are copyrighted digital products. Ownership rights remain with Editor Suite and are not transferred to the buyer.
Types of License
Standard License
1 User • Standard Use
This license is intended for personal or individual use.
This license is valid for 1 (one) user and is intended for freelance designers, individual creators, or personal brands. The product may be used for various purposes, including personal projects and client work. Users are allowed to utilize the product for promotional and marketing purposes, presentations, and the creation of digital content such as social media, websites, videos, and other media. In addition, users are allowed to sell or distribute the final output created using this product, provided that the original mockup source files or Editor Suite assets are not shared, distributed, or included with any third party.
Extended License
1 Team • Unlimited Use
This license is intended for teams, companies, or business needs.
This license is valid for use by 1 (one) team or organization and is intended for business purposes such as printing services, design agencies, brands, or companies with multiple users. With this license, the product may be used for unlimited commercial projects. Users are allowed to utilize the assets for mass production of design outputs such as jerseys, merchandise, and other printed products, as well as for promotional and marketing materials, digital or commercial content, internal company projects, and client work, provided that the source files are not distributed to any third party.
Restrictions
- Reselling, sharing, or distributing the product files in their original or modified form is prohibited.
- Repackaging the assets into mockups, templates, or other competing digital products is prohibited.
- Uploading the files to marketplaces, download websites, public cloud storage, or sharing groups is prohibited.
- The product may not be used for AI or Machine Learning training, fine-tuning, datasets, or content generation.
- The license is non-transferable.

- All copyrights, designs, and intellectual property rights remain the property of Editor Suite.
- End Product
- Users are allowed to sell or use the final design outputs (images, videos, promotional materials, printed products, etc.), provided that the mockup source files are not included or distributed.

License Violation
Any violation of the license terms may result in strict action from Editor Suite. Such actions may include permanent revocation of product usage rights, suspension of access to related files or services, and legal action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Anti-Piracy Notice
Editor Suite products are protected by copyright and may only be used in accordance with the applicable license terms. Any violation of usage rights is strictly prohibited, including sharing files with third parties, uploading products to download websites, marketplaces, forums, public cloud storage, or sharing groups, and reselling the product in its original or modified form. Users are also prohibited from repackaging the product into bundles, templates, or other digital products that compete with Editor Suite products.
License Changes
Editor Suite reserves the right to update or modify these license terms at any time without prior notice.
